Continuous guidance to ensure sustainable growth and a thriving workplace environment. This includes Business Coaching AND all aspects of People and Culture guidance. This also includes annual Rocks/Goals, and Quarterly Rocks/Goals creation and review.

What is your coaching approach?

We focus on aligning vision, leadership, and culture for sustainable growth. This often includes making the hard decisions on direction and also on people in order to move us toward the clear vision we set. We are WITH you as a partner. We use language like "Ours" when we refer to the issues and policies for your organization. Our clients love this.

Who can benefit from coaching?

How long are coaching sessions?

Coaching sessions often last one hour or more, allowing for in-depth discussions and actionable insights tailored to your business needs. We are often involved in an organization's Leadership or L10 meeting too! Again, your success is our success and often ..your stress is our stress.

What is your coaching philosophy?

We believe in empowering leaders through clarity and alignment. If you're already crystal clear on where you're going, your team is 100% aligned and you're reaching goals you may not need us. If this isn't the case - let's talk. We work together ... you have a partner in us.

Do you offer group coaching?

Currently, we focus on one-on-one small business-owner and/or emerging leader coaching to provide personalized support. If the group you'd like help coaching is your senior leadership team then yes we do offer group coaching.
